A proven process

Integrating IBM’s “Enterprise design thinking” and Agile development approach, our methodology allows us to work more efficiently and stay focused on the real issues.

But above all it contributes to placing humans at the heart of our work.

Take advantage of change-enhancing solutions quickly

A customized digital and technological solution will only be truly effective if the expectations, constraints, resources and source of the problems to be solved are well identified.

IBM’s Enterprise Design Thinking approach allows us to generate and integrate ideas more quickly during workshops conducted with you. Your active participation allows us to identify your biggest challenges and the best ways to address them.

When the parameters are well identified, we develop customized solutions using a development process inspired by the Agile method. This scalable and adaptable method allows us to quickly and continuously provide you with applications to modify your way of doing things as you go along.

« Enterprise Design Thinking »
An approach that allows us to understand the present and think about the future in a continuous improvement loop.

The Agile method
This flexible and efficient approach divides the project into short stages, making it possible to check as the work progresses in the right direction and to adjust if necessary.

Compelling objectives

1. Understand your reality in depth. Your context, your constraints and the scope of your issues.
2. Help you quickly. With a delivery divided into short and efficient phases.
3. Anticipate upstream. Critical points or possible obstacles.
4. Identify the best approach. Cost-effective technologies that grow with you.

Our reliable process allows us to find the best solutions, those that will quickly benefit your business.

How does a Enterprise Design Thinking workshop work?

We initiate workshops during which we address the following topics:

1 – Identify the problem

In order to improve your processes, we need to understand your issues and operating modes. We therefore take all the time necessary to listen to you. At the end of this first step, our solutions are not only more efficient and profitable for you, but also perfectly integrated into your practices.

2 – Understand your users

What exactly do your users do? How do they do it? What tools do they currently use? What are their concerns with these tools and their performance? It is essential to understand the daily reality, the daily tasks and the practices of the users in order to solve the problems they experience.

3 – Aim for the ideal

Ideas are exchanged and possibilities are identified together. The functionalities accessible to the users, those that are necessary and the bases to be developed are expressed freely with the help of small sticky papers. At this stage, we often obtain surprising and, above all, revealing results.

4 – Get back to basics

The ideas are then sorted by importance to determine which features are really effective for the users and profitable for the company. Normally, several points of view meet and, following discussions, a more precise picture of the solution to be designed emerges.

5 – Put extra substance to it

Once the needs and the solution to meet them have been clarified, the right technical approach for the project is determined. Among other things, the overall architecture, security method and choice of technology are established.
